Set in the Salento countryside, Agriturismo Casa Porcara is 2.5 km outside the town of Veglie. This traditional farmhouse serves traditional home cooking at its restaurant and offers tours of the farm. Casa Porcara has a peaceful location 15 minutes' drive from Porto Cesareo and beaches along the Ionian coast. The historic city of Lecce is 30 minutes away by car. Rooms have a rustic design with dark-wood furniture and tiled floors. Each one has a TV, fridge and a private bathroom with shower. Breakfast is buffet style and includes biscuits, fresh fruit and produce from the Salento area. The restaurant is open at dinner and serves dishes made with home-grown ingredients. Cookery classes are available. Free parking is provided and a car is recommended for all guests.
