For swimmers. there are two pools nearby and the Mediterranean Coast is just some 95 miles away.

-bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 15 EUR per person/stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 5 EUR/night).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: May - Sep: 10 EUR/night; Oct - Apr: 15 EUR/night).
-to access the house you have to go through 600 m. of unpaved road.
