Please be advised that only 1 credit or debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities.

Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Kindly note that The Key Collection Apartments Temple Bar cannot accept top-up debit cards.

Guests are offered discounted 24-hour parking at a nearby car park. Guests must have their parking tickets stamped at the reception desk to receive the following rates at the car park office: EUR 2 per hour EUR 10 overnight (18.00 – 09.00) EUR 15 per 24 hours. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 5 Crow Street, Temple Bar, D2 Dublin . Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Key Collection Apartments Temple Bar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
