A member of staff will meet you at your apartment to check you in. The main office is located at Kildare Street Hotel. If you have any difficulty finding your apartment on arrival, please call the property.

The card used to pay for the room must be presented on check-in along with photo ID.

The property will contact you after you have reserved your apartment to confirm your arrival time and answer any questions you may have.

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival for incidentals. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made for the security deposit. The security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities.

Kindly note that Docklands Apartments Dublin City cannot accept top-up debit cards.

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. Please inform Docklands Apartments Dublin City in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
