Beautifully architectural designed south facing . L shaped . villa on about 1300m2 of fenced off land . situated at the end of a quiet dead end road between the lovely villages of Fayance and Tourrettes and the excellent 2x18 hole golf course of the “Terre Blanche “ .The covered decent size terrace has a dining area. barbecue as well as several sun loungers. The swimming pool has stairs going down to the shallow end which is 1 meter deep with a gradual slope down to 2.2 meters.For children there are several kinds of floating toys and air-beds. The garden is mostly laid to lawn with a few fruit trees. a vegetable patch and grape vines winding their way over the trellis built out from the pool house.The house is fully floor heated or cooled. has satellite TV. DVD. Stereo System and is Wi-fi connected.In short everything you need for a relaxing or active holiday.
