Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Terrace 45 m2 partly covered. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, children's highchair, cot for up to 3 year olds. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 10 euros per person.
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 5 euros per person.
- Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
