Please note that arrivals should be between 17.00 and 19.00. Key collection is not possible before 17:00, and fees apply to arrivals after 19:00.

If you arrive before 17.00, you can leave your luggage for free at our office (Tuesday through Saturday 10.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00).

If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply:
- From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30
- From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50
- From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100

Please inform us in advance of your flight number / train information, as well as your expected arrival time. This will allow us to anticipate delays in your arrival.

The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques and cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorization on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation.

Cleaning fees are not included in the total price. The price of the final cleaning and all taxes will be added to the final cost of the accommodation.

American Express and holiday cheques are not accepted.
Only Euros are accepted for cash payments. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ashley&Parker 39 rue de France, 06000 Nice. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
