For shared use there are grounds 2000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 100 - 160 cm, 01.05.-15.09.) with water games, table tennis. In the complex there is also washing machine for shared use. Parking is possible in the grounds. For shared use there is a garage for motorbikes and cycles. Shop and restaurant are in 2 km, indoor swimming pool 500 m and tennis 2 km. Please note that a car is essential.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 400 EUR will be required in cash upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that the initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the rate. For renting bed linen there is an optional extra cost of 10 EUR per person and for towels 5 EUR per person.
- Please note that for the heating from 01.11. - 30.04 there will be extra charge according to consumption.
