The handover of the keys will take place at the agency in charge of the property, which is at a different address than the rented property itself. This address will be communicated to you once we have received full payment for your trip, 30 days before your arrival at the latest. A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidental charges, by French cheque, preauthorization, cash or bank transfer. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are kindly requested to clean the apartment before departure. Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. Charges may apply. Please inform Apartment Promenade Clemenceau Face Mer Grande Plage in advance of your expected arrival time.
