Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. (you must pay the security deposit in cash at reception)

- Please kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests needs bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR p.p./change.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 3 EUR/night (May-Jun), 3,30 EUR/night (Sep-Oct) and 4,15 EUR/night (Nov-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee is included (Jul-Aug) in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 4,15 EUR pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
