The Semaphore's residence are 4 blocks apartments, in Vendée style, around the swimming pool. Is situated in the residential area of "Thatch" consisting of low houses, looking for calm. The apartment building is at the end (no neighbors on one side). The location is remote: - 50 m from the residence's swimming pool - 150 m from the sea, a footpath, bicycle path, a park with children's playground, bowling alley and the lighthouse 'Armendèche. 400 m from a small beach / pool sea - 1.5 km from the city center by sea route bus who crosses the canal giving access to the Grande Plage des Sables and the pool of seawater heated to 29 °. 400 to 600 m from all types of shops along the entrance canal to the port; 1 km from a supermarket "Super U". In the district "Thatch" you will find a covered market and open market along the canal.
