Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests needs to bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 6,30 EUR p.p./stay.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0,11 EUR/kWh (Sep-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fee (May-Aug) is included in the rental price.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 3EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
