- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Bed linen is included in the price.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 7 p.p. EUR/stay.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/pet/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
