Taste and experience the Mediterranean "savoir vivre" in this stone house with garden in the heart of a picturesque and lively village in the green "Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc". The interior can be described as very simple but charming. The pricing has taken into account this simplicity. From the south-west facing garden you can enjoy a peaceful view, towards the river, on a beautiful green and hilly landscape. Where the river that runs through the village there is also a wonderful biking track, it is located on a former railway line and is special because one can cycle for hours without being disturbed by cars. The village has a restaurant and a few other features but you can easily bike (or drive ) to one of the nearby towns (approx. 8 km) such as Olargues and St. Pons de Thomières with its markets, fountain, plane trees and terraces. In about a half hour drive you have access to the golf club of Lamalou-les Bains, the beautiful lakes near La Salvetat or the Botanical Gardens in Roquebrun. The sandy beaches on the Mediterranean and the cities of Béziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are about an hour drive away.
