Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 650 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages. Returned maximum 14 days later.

-Please note that bed linen ,bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.

-Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure at the price of € 0,50/kWh.

-Please note that thegas / oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure at the price of € 1/Liter.
