Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages (must be paid on location by cheque or credit card).
-Please note that kitchen linen is not available at the property, guests should bring their own.
-Please also note that bath towels are available for an additional cost of – EUR 5.5 person/change.
-TV is available at an additional cost of € 7.15/night
-Washing machine is available at an additional cost of € 6 per wash. The use of tumble dryer costs € 3/wash
-Please note that the swimming pool is unheated and unsupervised. It is open from mid May until the end of September.
