- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that the compulsory service charges are: initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) and final cleaning.
The office remains closed on Sunday and Wednesday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
