-A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR in cash will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
-Please note that kitchen linen is not available at the property, guests should bring their own.
-Please also note that bath towels are available for an additional cost of – 5.5 EUR/person/stay.
- A baby cot is available for rent at an additional cost of EUR 25/stay.
-The use of the washing machine costs EUR 5/wash. The use of the tumble dryer is EUR 3/wash.
-The swimming pool is open from mid May until the end of September.
