Bed linen and towels are not included in the accommodation rate. Charges may apply.The handover of the keys will take place at the agency in charge of the property, which is at a different address than the rented property itself. This address will be communicated to you once we have received full payment for your trip, 30 days before your arrival at the latest.Please note that a EUR 75 end-of-stay cleaning-fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please inform Apartment Marinela 3 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
