Mer et Golf is one-bedroom apartment 30 m2 on 3rd floor of a 4-storey complex with a lift and roof terrace. Located in Anglet,1 km from the centre of Biarritz, 400 m from the sea and 400 m from the beach. It offers a communal swimming pool and paddling pool and it also has a terrace with terrace furniture and a nice sea view. It is suitable for up to four people. In entrance hall there is a sofa bed. The living/dining room is with flat screen TV. One room with one french bed. The open kitchen is equipped with 3 induction hotplates and micro wave. The bathroom has shower and there is a separate toilet. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, grocers 1 km, bar 50 m, bakers 1 km, café, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach Chambre d' amour 400 m. 18- hole Golf course 300 m. The quickest way to the beach is across a sloping path. Sea water therapy 1 km. The residence is opposite to the sea.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (by credit card Visa/Mastercard) and 700 EUR (in cash) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- A final cleaning is included in the price.
- Please note that laundry supply (bed linen and towels) are not included in the price. Guests must bring their own.
- Local tax (children 13-17 years) is 0.55 EUR p.p./night.
- Please contact the Key holder 1 day before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
