Located in the district of amotz, in the resort Saint Pée sur Nivelle, in a quiet, sunny position, 14 km from the sea and 3 km from the lake. It offers a view of the mountains. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm) and 1 room with 1 sofa bed (140 cm), 1 bunk bed (140cm). The living/dining room includes a dining table, TV and DVD. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and an electric coffee machine. There is a small garden (fenced). In the house there is a washing machine. Famous, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 14'000 inhabitants directly by the sea, in an idyllic position with view, 13 km north from l'Espagne, 203 km south from Bordeaux, 315 km west from Toulouse. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, night club, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor pool, sun bed, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy. A river and a bridge separate Cibourne from St Jean de Luz. Socoa is a small family-friendly beach at the furthest point on the bay.
