Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Please note that the electricity fee of 4.50 EUR/night (May-Jun, Sept-Oct) and 6 EUR/night (Nov-Apr, Jul-Aug) is not included in the room rate.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./change, to order on arrival.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 2.50 EUR p.p./change.

- The use of the open fireplace costs EUR 17.50 per week, including wood.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
