Set on Summassaari Island, these lake-side cottages are 12 minutes’ drive from Saarijärvi town centre. Each offers rustic wooden interior and a fully equipped kitchen. A TV is featured in all Saarijärven Eräpalvelut Cottages, as well as 2 bathrooms. Some have a private terrace, while others have a sauna and washing machine with dryer. Free use of row boats can be enjoyed on site, as well as rental of canoes, snow scooters and motor boats. Saarijärven Eräpalvelut also has a bookable smoke sauna and outdoor wooden hot tub. Staff arranges snow shoe excursions and canoe safaris. Hiking, fishing and skiing are other common area activities. Saarijärvi Museum with its Stone Age Village is less than 300 metres away, while the closest restaurant is 1 km from the cottages.
