Please note the property has a policy for possible days with a lack of snow:

In case none of the ski lifts are operating due to a lack of snow, Colorado Apart Hotel will reimburse 100% of the total amount paid, deducting USD 60 per person, towards communication and administration expenses.

Clients also have the alternative of transferring the already paid money towards a new reservation for the 2015 or 2016 seasons. The reservation would have the same conditions and depends on room availability.

Please note that guests staying with a 6-night reservation are offered a free one-way shuttle service trip. Guests staying 7 nights or more are offered a free round trip shuttle service trip.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.
In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
