-A fully refundable security deposit of 3.787 CZK will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests must bring their own.

-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 5 CZK/kWh).
-pets are allowed (max. 1) for an additional cost of 50 CZK/pet/night.
-wood is available for an additional cost of 126 CZK/Set
-please also not that for rent a cot costs 126 CZK/stay; to rent a high chair costs 126 CZK/stay;
-Bike rental costs 151 CZK/night;
