This one bedroom apartment of 35 m2 on 7th floor with a lift, is located in Westende-Bad , in a central position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. In the living/dining room there is a flat screen TV and stereo unit.In the open kitchen there is an oven, dishwasher, micro wave. The apartment has a view of the sea. In the area there are shops, restaurants, sandy beach 200 m. Tram stop which goes all along the coast, 200 m. Tennis and mini-golf 50 m away only in high season.

Power costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure .
