This former detached 18th century farmhouse is located on a quiet spot in the small hamlet of Remonval. just outside of Waimes. The Dutch owner has furnished this farmhouse with a great deal of charm and has really thought of everything. The kitchen. for example. is equipped with professional equipment and the bedrooms are provided with wonderful box spring beds. You can relax in the covered swimming pool with sauna. A glass sliding door provides access to a wonderful sun terrace. From the swimming pool you have a wonderful overview of the rolling landscape. The land surrounding the farm is approx. 1500 m2 with a spacious and charming courtyard and terrace with garden furniture and barbeque. The immediate vicinity is ideal for walking and cycling.Waims is 7 km east of charming Malmédy. It is a charming village with great restaurants and shops. French and German are both spoken in the village. The Les Hautes Fagnes nature reserve is approx. 10 minutes away in the car. The pretty recreation lakes of Robertbille are 7 km away and Bütenbach is 10 km away from this farm.
