Just off the SH2 Motorway connecting Tiranë and Durrës, Te Stela Resort includes an elegant hotel, beer garden restaurant, spa facilities and several swimming pools. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi, free parking, discounted use of the spa and free use of the fitness room. The rooms are all brightly decorated and feature air conditioning, LCD satellite TV and a balcony. Each of them has a fully fitted private bathroom with shower and other amenities. Unique of its kind in Albania, this tourist resort is owned by the Birra Stela beer company. Opened in December 2009, it spreads over more than 5000 m2 and lies next to the Birra Stela factory. Guided tours of the beer production process can be arranged on site. Te Stela Resort is 500 metres from the vibrant QTU Shopping Centre. Local buses leading to the city centre stop by the QTU every half an hour. They take about 15 minutes to get to the centre, which is 7 km away. Tiranë International Airport is at a distance of 9 km.
